Google, Meta and other Paid Ads Platforms, Local Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Reputation Management, Email Marketing, and Website Design.

4. Client Obligations

Provide accurate and complete information necessary for service deliveryRespond to requests for approval or information in a timely mannerPay all fees as agreed upon in your service agreementMaintain ownership or have proper authorization for all content provided to us

SEO results cannot be guaranteed due to frequent search engine algorithm changes. Marketing success depends on multiple factors, including market conditions and competition.

5. Payment Terms

5.1. Fees and Payment:

All fees are quoted in US dollars. Payment is required according to the schedule outlined in your service agreement. We accept major credit cards and electronic bank transfers. Recurring services will be billed automatically unless cancelled.

5.2. Late Payments:

Payments not received within the specified invoice date and / or 30 days of the invoice date are subject to a 1.5% monthly late fee. Services may be suspended for accounts more than 30 days past due.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All materials, including software, designs, and content created by us remain our property. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

You retain ownership of all materials you provide to usYou grant us a license to use your content for providing our Services

8. Limited Liability

30 days written notice for ongoing services. Settlement of all outstanding payments. Return or destruction of confidential information.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Riverside County in the State of California. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Riverside County, California.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our Services constitutes acceptance of modified Terms.
